3. Purpose of Personal Data Processing

The collection and processing of personal data on the Do It On Agency website is intended for: (i) recruiting and selecting candidates and, as well as, (ii) sending, upon request, commercial and promotional information from Do It On Agency and its affiliates (newsletters, promotional campaigns, to (iii) sending, upon express request of the user, proposals for services and/or quotes (or other information about products and/or services from Do It On Agency and its affiliates), Therefore, filling out the form corresponding to each of the purposes and/or sending the curriculum vitae (in the case of collection and processing of personal data for the purpose of recruiting and selecting candidates) corresponds to prior and express consent to the processing of personal data transmitted.

4. Conservation of Personal Data

The period of time for which personal data is stored and retained will vary in accordance with the Purposes stated above.

In this sense, it is important to clarify that personal data regarding the recruitment and selection of candidates may be kept for the period necessary to fulfill the purpose (e.g., if the candidate is part of Do It On Agency, his/her personal data will be processed in accordance with the purpose of human resources management; if he/she is not part of Do It On Agency, they may be kept in reserve for future recruitment processes, without prejudice to the right of the holder to request deletion of his/her data at any time, as indicated in point 5 below).

6. Security in the Handling of Personal Data
