3. Purpose of Personal Data Processing
The collection and processing of personal data on the Do It On Agency website is intended for: (i) recruitment and selection of candidates and also for (ii) sending, upon request, commercial and promotional information from Do It On Agency and its subsidiaries (newsletters, promotional campaigns, (iii) sending, upon express request from the user, service proposals and/or budgets (or other product and/or service information from Do It On Agency and its subsidiaries), therefore, filling out the form corresponding to each of the purposes and/or sending the curriculum vitae (in the case of collection and processing of personal data for the purposes of recruitment and selection of candidates) corresponds to prior and express consent to the processing of personal data transmitted.
If the user expressly and previously allows the processing of their personal data (consent that may be withdrawn at any time – see point 5 below), Do It On Agency undertakes to ensure the processing of personal data to the extent and for the time necessary to pursue its purposes.

In this sense, it is important to clarify that personal data relating to the recruitment and selection of candidates may be kept for the period necessary to fulfill the purpose (e.g., if the candidate joins Do It On Agency, their personal data will be processed in accordance with the purpose of human resources management; if they do not join Do It On Agency, they may be kept in reserve for future recruitment processes, without prejudice to the data subject's right to request the deletion of their data at any time, as indicated in point 5 below).
The personal data, which is intended for sending commercial and promotional information, service and/or budget proposals, or information regarding new products and/or services from Do It On Agency and its subsidiaries, will be kept for a period of 1 (one) year after the last contact with the data subject, without prejudice to longer periods being applied whenever the situation justifies it (provided it is proportional to such situation), namely to safeguard the rights of Do It On Agency and its subsidiaries.
